We collect your name, email address and phone number (if you chose to give it) in order to keep you up to date with the artists we work with and to send you further information  on any new artist promotions.

If you are a musician and are choosing to use one of our Birnam Music platform and services we will, depending on the service requested, collect and store your name, address, email address, phone number, social media accounts, artist/band bio and artist/band photographs, details of credit card or banking services. We require this information in order to process, deliver and seek payment for the services you have chosen.

In addition, if you are a musician, we will include your contact details, website, email address and links to relevant social media accounts on your Birnam Music artist webpage.

We will use the information collected to inform you occasionally of any additional/new services offered by Birnam CD, shop@Birnam CD or Birnam Music which you may be interested in. You can opt out of this at anytime by informing us by email.

Mailing – If you are a radio presenter, music reviewer, festival/event organiser and have signed up to our mailing list we will collect your name and email address and use this information to send you Birnam Music updates, artist updates and information on new artist promotions. We hold a note of your email address and contact name on a mailing website which we use to send emails.
